The staff really bend over backwards to accommodate everyone's needs. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and there was a great choice at breakfast. Wonderful hotel.

This was our third year in a row staying in the same comfortable room, and Joan is a wonderful host. The property has a prime spot on the high street and is steeped in history. We parked in the car park both nights, the value was good, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend booking here!

Joan keeps Jessop House absolutely spotless, and the welcome is just as good as the clean, comfortable stay. This was our second visit, every bit as good as the first. If you want somewhere welcoming in the centre of Tewkesbury, this is the place.

A charming, thoughtful host makes the stay very enjoyable, and this is already our third visit. The hotel itself is historic, with lots of interesting features, and there are three excellent restaurants next door. It’s in a superb spot opposite the abbey and beautiful old cottages. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious, and breakfast in the lovely dining room was excellent. We're very happy to come again. Highly recommended!
