Fairlawns Hotel & Spa

The singing waiters were brilliant, keeping both the children and adults entertained at my grandson's first birthday party last Saturday. The staff were amazing too, taking on every request from my daughter and son-in-law. They made the whole occasion even more memorable. The interior was bright and clean. If you're thinking about holding a party, I'd absolutely recommend The Fairlawns Hotel and Spa. People remember how well the staff made them feel, as much as the venue itself. Thank you.

The only thing we struggled to use when we wanted to was the hot tubs, as the spa was fairly busy on Friday. Otherwise, the facilities were spotless, modern and had lots of different rooms and things to try. It was my first spa day, and after researching lots of places around Birmingham, I wasn't disappointed. We skipped treatments and just moved between the rooms and the pool. The katsu was much better than I'd expected, and breakfast was included too, which I hadn't realised until we arrived. The staff were all lovely. A fantastic day, great value for money, and I'll definitely be back.

Our wedding day went perfectly right through to the last minute, and every guest has told us what an amazing place it is. The management team and staff were friendly, always there and happy to help, with 5 star service. The food was delicious from breakfast and evening meals to our wedding breakfast. The rooms are gorgeous and clean, and the beds are comfortable. I'd highly recommend fairlawns to anyone planning a wedding. Thank you, fairlawns team.

The team is what makes this place special. Every staff member had great energy and was so friendly and welcoming. We had a really relaxing day, especially enjoying the sauna and mud treatment. To finish, we each had a fantastic 50-minute massage. Tia deserves a special mention for the great massage and helpful Elemis skincare recommendations. We'll definitely return.
