B&B HOTEL Warrington

The reception crew were lovely, and the service downstairs was brilliant. The rooms are decent, though my toilet kept flushing constantly. They’ve taken out the pool table, which was a big part of the entertainment for people staying long term. Drinks cost too much and put people off the bar. They need more things to do and cheaper drinks.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms feel modern after a recent renovation, though they are on the small side. It’s peaceful here despite being close to both the motorway and city centre. Remember to give them your car registration for parking. A colleague didn’t and ended up paying a lot, though they normally ask at check-in.

India was attentive and really friendly, and Kai made sure we had everything at breakfast. We enjoyed our two nights here. It’s well placed for Manchester City centre and the Trafford centre, and getting around was easy. We’d happily come back, thanks.

Back next year for the Damnation music festival, this was my second year staying here. The motorway location is handy, the price is good, service is great, and I like that the room toiletries are labelled vegan. There’s enough for a decent vegan breakfast, though it’s a shame the mushrooms are cooked in dairy instead of oil. You can ask for vegan sausages, but there’s no sign saying so. The shower pressure was a bit weak. Free parking was a real bonus. Great hotel, I’d recommend it. 🤘🏻
