Thiru and Mathew were so friendly and welcoming, and the guy behind the bar, who had piercings, was brilliant and added to the atmosphere. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. The hotel was very clean throughout, and its amazing location put everything within easy reach. Breakfast was fresh, well presented, and had plenty of options. My one small comment is that reception could smile and make a little more conversation. A warm welcome would make a big first impression when guests arrive excited about their stay. Even so, we had a very nice time at Leonardo Hotel London Watford and would happily return. Thanks to the team.

We enjoyed our stay and will come again. The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast items were fantastic. Staff were helpful and really friendly. It’s also in an excellent spot for train stations and bus stops. 💜

The parking facilities were very good, and we were really happy with our stay. The friendly staff all deserve a thank you, especially the lady who checked us in. We were celebrating our anniversary and wedding this year, and the complimentary room upgrade and drinks at the bar made the occasion feel special. As a result, we’ll definitely book with a Leonardo hotel again.

After a busy day I appreciated the tea and coffee tray, and the comfortable bed plus block-out curtains meant I slept without interruption. The room was spotless, and I made use of the extra amenities, wanting for nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues and hope to visit again. Well done!

We called at 4am after 48 hours from hell. Our birthday holiday had been cancelled, leaving us with nowhere to go. The staff were amazing when we explained what had happened, and made me feel really special when we arrived. If a manager reads this, please know your staff on the 5th of January between 4-6am saved my birthday. Thank you so much!
