Tim's cooking at breakfast is superb, with a great choice of good food and fresh fruit that was on another level. The rooms were lovely and just the right size, with everything you need, and the bathroom and shower were brilliant. Tim and Teresa run a really lovely guest house. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Weymouth.

Tim and Teresa made our stay so lovely, and I can't thank them enough. The room was immaculate, with modern, contemporary decor and everything thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was fantastic, and I was surprised they had prepared an Ironman-specific breakfast for those of us heading out early into the tough conditions. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Highly recommend.

The poached eggs at breakfast were amazing, and there was a really good range of food. Tim, Teresa and the team were great hosts. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with some quirky touches. Oaklands is in a quiet part of Weymouth, yet the seafront is only a 15-minute walk or less away. We'll stay here again next time we come back.

Being away from the seafront meant the guest house was wonderfully peaceful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and Tim and Teresa were lovely hosts who were always happy to help. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty to choose from and a nice range of cooked options. We had an excellent few days here.

Parking is a real bonus in Weymouth. The guest house was spotless, breakfast was excellent, and everything felt stylish and comfortable. There was a lot of care in the little details to make sure we had a very good stay.
