We've stayed in the 'old barn' a few times now. It's cosy, has everything you need, and is very clean and well kept. The setting is nice and quiet. I can't fault the place.

Kristina was a super friendly host, always ready for a warm chat and there whenever we needed anything. We loved seeing Jess the cat each morning. She's affectionate and stunning, and likes Ham! After a day out exploring, coming back to relax in the hot tub was lovely. The place was clean, tidy, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a comfy bed. We stayed four nights and wouldn't book anywhere else. X

Just minutes from Yarmouth ( Lymington ferry), this self catering barn conversion is spacious, comfortable, and luxuriously appointed. A lovely place to stay.

Getting to the ferry was easy, just a 10-minute drive from the cottages. Our cosy cottage made a lovely retreat, especially with the relaxing hot tub. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect getaway for comfort, hospitality, and a convenient location.

We stayed at The Old Barn for a local wedding, and it was perfect for me, my husband, our son, his partner, and our 2 year old granddaughter. It's also close to lots of attractions. The countryside is beautiful and quiet, aside from the occasional moo. The house was comfortable, fully equipped, and beautifully decorated. Highly recommended.
