We’d happily come back. Olga was great over text, and collecting the key from the lockbox was straightforward. We also found free street parking outside without any trouble. Cross Keys, a minute down the road, was a great choice for dinner, with brilliant food and service, 10/10. My wife and I had the street-facing king-size room. It was spacious, spotless and felt newly done, with careful paintwork and little details. The shower was excellent, and the huge bed was really comfortable. There were breakfast bits in the room as well as cookies, tea, coffee and milk. Nothing to fault.

The host was so attentive, and the room was spotless with some lovely little touches. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

We made use of the park and ride into York, and the designer outlet was only about a ten minute drive away. Olga was helpful from the day we booked and even helped me arrange a taxi to Hallow Scream. My husband and I had the king-size room. It looked new, felt fresh and clean, and the enormous comfortable bed gave us the best night's sleep. The facilities were just right, and the little breakfast items were a nice surprise. We’ll recommend the place and would definitely stay again. THANKYYOU x

We chose the smaller room and it was plenty for us, with great value for the price. It was immaculate and furnished to a really high standard. Such a lovely little hidden gem, and communication from the staff and me was excellent.
