I travel every week and have never before been charged $15 for a stain on a towel that couldn't be removed. If they don't have detergent that can get stains out, they're in the wrong business. This was my first stay at a BW, and it'll be my last. Breakfast was awful, so I'd recommend eating elsewhere. When I asked for bottled water, I was told I could only have two for the whole stay, and they were Walmart bottles 😂🙄

The front desk staff were polite and professional, and breakfast had a decent range of options. I also enjoyed the waffle station. Still, the problems made the stay disappointing, especially since this is clearly the nicest hotel in Abbeville. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, the floors were dusty, the toilet had a dark ring, and the chair was visibly stained. The towels were very thin, and the pillows small and uncomfortable. There was no housekeeping during our four nights, so we had to find housekeeping ourselves to swap dirty towels for clean ones. The breakfast meat was low quality and very commercial, with extremely thin bacon. Extending our stay also meant paying a higher rate than our original reservation. The friendly staff and apparent best option in the area couldn't make up for all of that.

Connie at the front desk was awesome, friendly, and gave great customer service. We had rooms 313 and 314 for three nights, and everything was wonderful. The hotel was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really liked the continental breakfast.

For a small town, this isn't a bad hotel. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, nice, and roomy.
