My family has never had an issue here and will stay again when we're in town. It's clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is near enough to things while being away from the hustle and bustle. The price seems fair, and I'd recommend it.

We found the room comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is handy for shopping and dining. The staff were courteous and helped with anything we needed. After we left an electric toothbrush behind, they called before we got home and offered to mail it to us. That's awesome service. We'd recommend staying here when you're in the Pinehurst area.

I've stayed at 15 or more hotels this year, including seven Hilton properties, and this was by far my best stay. The housekeepers went above and beyond, and everyone from them to the front desk gave us amazing hospitality. My family especially liked Chuck at the front desk. We talked him up for our entire nine-hour drive home. He was outgoing and super friendly, made sure we had what we needed in the room, and checked that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. He's the best receptionist we've come across, and we travel a lot. We usually stay in Rockingham, but from now on we'll be staying in Aberdeen. Thanks for the exceptional service this past weekend!
