Peter at the front desk was kind and helpful to all of us, and made a real effort to welcome every guest. He deserves a raise! I can’t comment on the price since work paid. The location is close to lots of restaurants and a plaza. It’s not bad, though I’ve stayed in better places.

They’ve apparently remodeled the rooms completely, and they’re really nice, pleasing to look at, and so clean. When I stayed here a few years ago, I was underwhelmed by everything except the service. This time, the late-shift staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. I really appreciated getting a first-floor room that wasn’t all the way at the end of the hall, since I have a dog. I’d definitely stay again.

The cleanliness really impressed me, and the bathroom was probably one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel. Room service saw me heading to my room and offered to help if I needed anything. Peter at the front desk made the whole check-in process smooth and easy, and even offered dining suggestions nearby. I’ve stayed at several hotels around Aberdeen, and for the price and the nice rooms, this one is hard to beat. It’s my first stay, but I’m sure it won’t be my last. Thanks again, Peter!

For the price, the quality was good. Hot water and the fitness center were both great, while breakfast was basic, just warm eggs and sausage. The rooms are a bit old, and the bathroom’s wood floor creaks and pops. They’re not very soundproof either. I could hear hallway conversations through the door, though luckily the hotel was pretty empty and it would’ve been noisier otherwise.
