2/10
The staff are wonderful and the rooms are decent, but the laundry situation is bad enough that I can only give one star. I stayed for over a month on my company’s dime, and the new washer took my $4 without giving it back. Getting quarters is a hassle, so the money itself isn’t the point. The washer only handles a tiny load, and the dryer takes two or three times the money to get clothes dry.

I found it easily just off the main road, and the location worked well. The kitchenette had a full-size fridge and freezer plus a two-burner cooktop, which came in handy. There’s even a recliner, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach.

The neighborhood was nice, the property felt modern, and everyone was very friendly.

8/10
The rooms were quiet and clean, and there was always someone at the front desk. This was my first stay at a “my place hotel,” and Jen, the manager, made me feel welcome right away. I had a really good visit and hope they can add a gym someday, though the place is already great as it is.

Steady store quality with good filtration and a few modest improvements.
