This place is nasty and they never clean up. A water pipe burst, but they wouldn’t refund my money. I told them the water was cold and the sheets needed changing, but they didn’t change them. I said I’d report them since I couldn’t get my refund. There was water all over by my door, and a man threatened to call the police on me. He’s never in the office when someone needs service.

I stayed here for a month and had to get my own room ready. The walls were stained, so we painted them, and we had to switch the air conditioners because ours didn’t work properly. Multiple guests complained about roaches and bed bugs. At least once a day someone was screaming, cursing, or arguing, and management never did anything about it. The so-called owner, Parker, changes the rules depending on the person. Even after being told when someone could pay, they’d call the police and refuse the payment if it was just five minutes late. He also threatened to call the police if I came back to visit other residents, and threatened to kick them out.

This was the worst experience of my life. Service was terrible: they gave out toilet paper only once a week, and the housekeeper cleaned just two or three rooms. The rooms she did clean were apparently for someone who had drugs for her. There were bed bugs, and I thought we’d have to burn our clothes. Another person staying there said he’d found bed bugs in his room too. The sign says free Wi-Fi, but only the same three rooms the housekeeper cleaned had it. The kid at the front desk looked at least ten and had to turn on his phone’s hotspot to find our reservation, which he always claimed he hadn’t received. The towels were so hard they were only useful for cleaning up spills, and the sheets we slept on were burned. If you need somewhere to sleep for the night, I’d suggest a shelter before staying here.

We arrived late and completely worn out, but JoJo and the rest of the team were still there waiting for us. They even offered to help unload our U-Haul. JoJo, thanks so much for all your help. We really appreciated it.
