I was promised Marriott Bonvoy points and a follow-up from management after the problems, but neither ever came. That lack of follow-through added to an already awful stay. The hotel felt neglected, extremely outdated, grimy, and poorly maintained. The worn furnishings and lack of cleanliness were obvious as soon as I entered the room, and there were multiple roaches, not just one. When I reported them, the staff member said they’d recently been dealing with roaches and thought the issue had been taken care of. It clearly hadn’t. I was moved to another room at around 2:00 AM, only to find the toilet wouldn’t flush. After dealing with both room problems in the middle of the night, I left and had to find another hotel at 3:00 AM. It was stressful and exhausting. Guests shouldn’t have to relocate because of cleanliness and maintenance failures. Between the roaches, broken plumbing, dirty and dated conditions, and poor recovery by customer service, this stay was beyond disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

It was expensive for a nice hotel, but after nine hours of driving, arriving at 11:30 at night, I was tired enough to take pretty much anything with a comfortable bed. This one had one. I bring my own purple pillow whenever I travel, so I can’t say how the hotel pillows were.

The mattresses are worn out, and the whole place feels run down. The rooms need a major update. If you’re hoping to get a good night’s rest, I wouldn’t stay here. It’s a waste of money.

The staff were amazing, but the hotel upkeep was terrible. In my room, the phone had no cord, only two outlets worked, the iron was broken, and the ironing board had just one leg. Worst hotel stay of my life.

After a long day of travel and work, finding that the TV didn’t work was a letdown. I’d paid over $800 for two nights. When I asked the front desk for help, they asked whether I’d tried fiddling with the USB cable because that sometimes helps. I hadn’t, and making sure things work for guests is their job. They offered no help. I’ll recommend a different hotel for future business trips.
