WoodSpring Suites Abilene

At Woodspring Suites in Abilene, the front desk staff member was rude and dismissive the whole time, talking down to me and making things uncomfortable. Then I was hit with an unexpected $50 fee for supposedly not cleaning the room, even though I followed normal checkout standards. I've never had a hotel expect guests to clean before leaving, that's the hotel's job. The charge felt unfair and wasn't properly explained. Guests should be treated respectfully, told the policies clearly, and not get surprise fees after checkout. I wouldn't recommend this location unless customer service and transparency improve.

Traveling a lot can get dreadful, and being away from home can feel lonely. Crystal and Titanna made my time at Woodspring feel like a home away from home, going above and beyond with their service.
