The clerk at the front desk was nasty. I thought everything was paid for when I booked online, but they charged me another $40 when I got there. Then they wanted ID from everyone going into the room. Once we finally got that sorted out, we saw how filthy the room was. It reeked of cigarettes. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

The room was decent value for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. It was clean inside, though the area right outside the door was covered in leaves, and there were some strange people around the hotel. The room service barely supplied anything: just two towels and one bar of soap for a room I booked with two queen beds. I expected at least four soaps, shampoo, and more towels. I was also told extending the stay would cost another $82, which seemed ridiculous. The front desk guy was rude to my parents on our family trip when he asked for their IDs, and at 3 a.m. he sent me to an ATM because he wanted the $40 deposit in cash instead of on a card. The hotel should hire someone who can speak to people, including older guests, without being annoyed all the time.

They wouldn’t refund me after I refused to pay the security deposit in cash. The clerk first demanded $40, then dropped it to $20 when I said I only had a card. Their deposit policy wasn’t clear on any app, and it felt like they were taking money from people for no reason. Don’t book here.

The room itself was awful, and the check-in office was filthy. There’s a condom vending machine in there, and the man at the desk sits behind a big glass window with just a narrow slot to pass information through. He’s unpleasant in person and rude even when you call with a simple question. They also require a $100 cash deposit at check-in. We got a room with a jacuzzi, but it’s in full view of the windows and the curtains are thin and see-through. The desk guy told us to hang the bedspread over the window for privacy. The bed was the only clean thing, and even its bedspread looked funky. The walls were dirty, and a lampshade that was once white had turned dark brown. For this condition, the room should cost $30 a night or less. They advertise laundry on site, but when I asked, I was told it was broken. There was no continental breakfast either, despite the advertisement. We’ve stayed lots of other places, and this one is by far the worst. It feels like he only wants the money and doesn’t care about guests.
