The Minuteman Inn

I left after being shown a second room that was moldy too. This was in late October 2025, when I had nearly stayed here. There are photos attached. The man said the weather sometimes makes it moldy, and they try to cover the smell with cleaning products. The climate control filters looked like they hadn’t even been cleaned. Black mold, and a health hazard. Don’t stay here.

I stayed here on summer weekdays, and the rooms were consistently clean and comfortable. Rohan handled my bookings and made everything easy. He was friendly and professional, and the whole team helped make the stay pleasant. I had a great experience at The Minuteman Inn in Acton. Thanks especially to Rohan!

I loved my stay here. The location is awesome, the rooms were clean and really comfortable, and the staff were amazing. A great place to stay when you’re in the area.

We arrived at midnight on a Saturday, just passing through and needing somewhere safe and clean to sleep. The staff were phenomenal, the shower was hot and clean, and the pillows were better than at most hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s an inn, a motel, so Holiday Inn travelers may not find it suitable. We left the next morning, and paid less than half what anywhere else would have cost. For the price, you won’t find anything better.
