We rented rooms here for work, but didn’t get any company breaks. There’s no pool or continental breakfast as advertised, and then the room rates went up. That was the last straw, so we moved on. We’re there to do business, and our business helped their business. Now they’ve lost the two rooms we used to rent.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and we were grateful that this place, Raintree, didn’t seem to have bed bugs. We’d just checked into a different hotel and immediately left after seeing signs of them. Still, the pool was full of water but permanently out of order, and the room didn’t look like it had had a deep clean in a long time. Dust had built up along the edges, the room smelled musty, and so did the lobby. The place could use a good ozone treatment. There were dead bugs and crickets scattered around the room. My husband and I stayed one night earlier this week.

The owners are rude and hateful, and the rooms, beds, towels, and bathrooms are gross and dirty. There are bed bugs everywhere, in all the rooms. Someone needs to report the place to the health department. I saw broken liquor bottles and dope needles everywhere. They also charge a $50 pet fee plus $20 a day for pets. Don’t stay there.

Clean rooms, clean linens, and daily room changes. The rooms are spacious, most have King beds, and some queens are available. Each one has a mini fridge and microwave. It’s locally owned, the people are very friendly, and the parking is safe and well lit. Daily rates are good, with weekly discounts for longer stays. Great value when visiting Ada. Mr. Swank
