Hampton Inn & Suites Ada

I travel to Ada, OK often for work. After trying a few hotels, including Holiday Inn, I settled on the Hampton Inn, and I’m so glad I did. Every week I return, it feels like visiting my “away from home family.” Their kindness means so much, and I really look forward to staying here each time. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Denise (GM), Misti, Tiffany, Deena, and David at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Carmen makes the best breakfast, Erika keeps everything spotless, and Q handles maintenance with a smile. From my first stay, the staff made me feel welcome and at home. Thank you, Hampton Inn Ada, for always going above and beyond!

After our home was damaged in a tornado in May, we stayed here for two months. The staff’s warmth and kindness helped make the long stay feel like home, especially for our two children. Everyone welcomed us, accommodated us, and made us feel loved and supported. We’re sad to leave, but looking forward to moving into a house while our home is repaired. We’re thankful for the hospitality and will truly miss the wonderful staff. This is our top recommendation. Our experience was excellent in every way. Y’all are the best!

The staff are super friendly, and the rooms are nice with a comfortable bed.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and both visits were bad. On our first stay, a power outage left the rooms at 95+ degrees. We had to move hotels with two young children, but management offered no compensation and didn’t acknowledge that the room wasn’t suitable or say when power might return. On our latest visit, we’d called the hotel directly to reserve two adjoining rooms because we were traveling with two small children. When the attendant offered adjoining rooms to the family ahead of us, I said we’d reserved adjoining rooms and asked them not to give ours away. At check-in, we were told our “adjoining” rooms were actually across the hall. They’d given out all the adjoining rooms, and said there was nothing they could do. We also couldn’t switch from those non-adjoining “adjoining” rooms to a floor away from construction without a penalty. The rooms were dirty, with a layer of construction dust still inside. I’ve had positive stays at other Hampton-branded properties, but this hotel should be avoided.
