After the hotel was purchased, they tripled the rate for Solid Sound weekend and won't honor my original booking.

The location is beautiful, and the rooms are new. There's new management as well.

I paid for a two-week stay, and the refrigerator in my room stopped working. I told them two days ago because I had food that needed to stay cold. Since then I've had to keep it in a cooler. They said they'd bring a fridge Monday, but now it's Monday and they're saying tomorrow. I've already lost $30 worth of food, and there's about $80 more in the cooler. It feels like they don't care or even listen when I tell them what's going on. I don't get why they can't bring a refrigerator over from one of the empty rooms. They offered to switch my room, but I'm not moving all my belongings. A room I paid for should have a working refrigerator. This is crazy, and this will probably be my last trip here.
