The Revival House

The owner and caretaker was there in the morning and was kind and accommodating. We had a very nice stay on a recent short trip to the Berkshires, and our clean, spacious room had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was self-serve, with K-cup or fresh ground coffee, homemade bread and toast, assorted oatmeal, and homemade granola. I liked that a full breakfast is also available at a nearby property, though we didn't try it this time. There's a restaurant kitchen and bar in the house, but it wasn't open yet. I imagine it'll be convenient and fun once it opens. The old house is under new management and still a work in progress. At first the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but that's just the nature of an old town. We'll come back.
