We'd stay here again. The owners have clearly put thought into the well-appointed rooms, artful common areas, and good breakfasts. With so many rooms in a small building, it feels a bit cramped, and the location, including the parking area, could be better. Still, a very nice inn.

The manager handled the disruptive guests quickly and professionally, which impressed us. The walls are quite thin, and those guests were really yelling. In the morning, we enjoyed the breakfast supplies in the kitchen before heading out. Our room was beautiful and spotless, with fresh linens, and the spa tub was perfect for relaxing. It was incredible value for the price. We had a wonderful stay and found a hidden gem. We'll definitely return!

Kate the manager was as friendly as could be, and the hotel sits right on the walking and biking trail. Each room has its own artist-designed look, and ours was great, especially the bathroom. The kitchen was wonderful, stocked with breakfast food you'd actually want to eat. I would've liked a little more storage in our room, but I was very pleased and delighted overall.

There was a level 2 EV charger on the left side of the house, but the driveway was too narrow to park my EV pickup there. We found plenty of extra parking nearby. The house felt welcoming, the rooms were unique, and we had a great stay.

We live in adams and had been wanting to try this place. Big mistake. We stayed on Valentine’s Day night and got back to our room, "The Ruth," around 10:30 after drinks at the neighboring bar, AJs. I started a bath and found blood in the tub. I texted Kate right away. She was already in the building because people had said we were yelling, even though it wasn't 11 yet. She kept denying there was blood and said she'd checked the room before we arrived, so it must have been something else. The bathroom door doesn't close properly because it wasn't installed right. The spa tub jets were caked with calcium, the shower curtain had mold along the bottom, and the exhaust fan didn't work. I couldn't figure out what half the light switches controlled, maybe outlets. There were black dots all over the bedding, and one pillow had blood spots on it. The pillowcases were so dirty that I went home to get our own so we'd feel more comfortable. Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., but Kate came into our room at 10:45 to tell us to be quieter. I understand being told that at 11, but it was early. Then another guest approached me in the hall and started recording our conversation. When he pulled out his phone, I told my wife we could just leave. Kate agreed that was best and said we'd be refunded. I started packing and had half my belongings outside when my wife slipped on the icy steps and walkway. They hadn't used salt, just dirt from a local lot in adams. The police arrived, and I told them we were already leaving. I wasn't allowed back inside to get the rest of my things, but the officers kindly helped us retrieve them. They were very nice and professional. When we finished talking with Kate, she said we wouldn't get a refund, changing what she'd told us upstairs, and told us not to come back. We won't. The place wasn't clean, there was no staff when we arrived, and we didn't meet anyone until that night. They lie to you. Where you park, you have to jump over a wooden fence unless you take a long, awful path. I don't recommend it. The hotel downstreet is cleaner, nicer, and cheaper, with an indoor hot tub and pool, and we've never had a problem there. Our fault for trying something new. Update: A few days after I posted this, someone from the Trail contacted me, told me to take the review down, and said they're reporting it because everything I posted is untrue. I have pictures and video from that night as proof. They were wrong in what they did and how they treated us. My review will stay.
