Courtyard by Marriott Addison Midway

Juan, the Assistant General Manager, was wonderful from the moment I arrived. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled tonight, he personally helped me find the W Dallas downtown and made sure I felt looked after during the change. I also had such a warm welcome at Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Addison/Midway. Randy treated me with kindness and respect, made a real connection, and gave me support that meant a lot. 🙏💙 I came to Dallas from California after my Lifestyle Medicine conference and a visit to my work headquarters. The trip was meaningful: I met great coworkers, cleared up misunderstandings, made peace with everyone, and left feeling that every person I work with was a friend. 🤝💛 I hate leaving this lovely hotel and its wonderful people, though now that I'm here, I'm looking forward to exploring downtown Dallas. 🌇✈️🌴 Thanks to Randy, Juan, and the whole team for a stay that felt healing, supportive, and memorable. I'll be back. 💛🏨✨

The Courtyard is badly outdated and needs a serious renovation. They didn't recognize my Platinum status, and the desk said no upgrades were available, even though I could have booked a better room online that same day. Marriott elites should avoid this property.

I've stayed here on several trips to Texas, and the service has always been great. They get you into your room quickly, and the rooms are spacious with everything you need. There's plenty of parking, with shopping, dining, and entertainment just minutes away. Downtown Dallas and both airports are also a short drive.

The rooms are decent, if nothing special, and the area is great. What made this a five-star stay was how the staff treated and cared for me in person. Great customer service from everyone, and special thanks to Kiara.
