Hampton Inn & Suites Addison

From arrival to departure, the customer service was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping kept our room clean and in great shape. The breakfast buffet was great, and the lounge was clean and quiet. I have only good things to say about our visit to the Addison, IL location. Thank you!

I booked two nights, but our flight was canceled because of the weather. I called to say I wouldn't arrive Monday and would most likely come the following day. By the time I got there, the reservation was no longer valid, and they told me I had to book again. Because I hadn't booked directly with the hotel, they didn't want to refund me, although my colleague received a full refund. After several tries by the booking agency, the hotel agreed to refund one night but not the other. I've often stayed at Hilton hotels without anything like this happening. This place doesn't seem to care about its customers, and I probably won't book with Hilton again.

It was a really bad experience. During check-in, the front desk lost my Driver License and then told me there was no way to get it back. I waited in my room for a solution, only to hear that a technician couldn't come to retrieve it from the front desk for two days. I got angry and raised my voice. Telling a guest to wait two days for their ID shows no professionalism or consideration. Staff should treat getting a guest's property back as a priority. I ended up missing a meeting the next day because of this.

My family of four had an amazing stay. We needed an affordable place at the last minute for five nights, and this worked out well. We were skeptical about the free breakfast, but it was really good, especially the sausage and potatoes. Jean was so accommodating. Check-in wasn't until 3, but after he learned I had two little ones with me, he was able to help us out. There was some noise upstairs, and they took care of it right away. The rooms were clean and smelled amazing. We'll definitely be back. Thank you all!
