Melissa and Robert made my birthday memorable. Their place feels luxurious without being stuffy, and the rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. They're wonderful hosts with a real eye for detail, and excellent cooks too. Every meal was delicious and so thoughtfully prepared and presented. Thanks for such a lovely stay, Melissa and Robert.

The gourmet breakfast was the highlight for us, with delicious food presented beautifully and clear care put into every dish. The house and our room were immaculate, cozy, and nicely decorated. Melissa and Robert welcomed us warmly, made us feel at home, and went out of their way to make the visit comfortable and memorable. Their local recommendations were great as well. Hartzell House Bed and Breakfast made for a relaxing, luxurious getaway, and we'd highly recommend it.

We booked the cottage, and it was just right for my husband and me. Robert & Melissa were wonderful from the time we arrived until we left. They're terrific cooks, with gourmet flavors and lovely presentation, and they also gave us good suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. We'll be back!

Robert helped me plan a great last getaway with my fiance before our wedding next month, while Melissa was out of town. The place was clean and spacious, with room to relax and unwind. The food was delicious and impeccable. We found it a wonderful spot to rest and will definitely return next week when we're in the area.

After visiting Falling Waters, we were glad we chose Hartzell House. The hosts were great, and breakfast was delicious with perfect coffee. There are lots of shared rooms where you can relax, read, or spend time with friends. The house itself is amazing. Go see it for yourself.
