We’ll stay here on our next Dallas trip. The area has plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance, and it was very quiet even though the airport is behind the hotel. We never heard planes landing. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and Angie at the front desk is especially sweet and accommodating. My only issue was the towels, which are very rough and need softener.

I’ve been here three times for business and have come away impressed each stay. The staff really focus on customer service, and they’ve gone the extra mile by arranging mixers for us and shuttling luggage to our office. I appreciate those touches. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the sheets are super soft. Great hotel, I’d stay again.

My reservation was for a week at $149 per night. At check-in, Angie upgraded me to a suite at no charge. I asked a male employee working the front desk at 7 a.m. for an invoice to confirm that, and both he and Angie said it was $149 per night and that they could only provide a room invoice at the end of the stay. That didn’t sound right. On my last day, the invoice showed varying charges, including some nights at $213. The on-site general manager, a woman, was uncooperative and unprofessional when I spoke with her. I’d strongly suggest staying elsewhere. The Bible says to “put away lying, speak every man (person) truth with his neighbor (everyone) for we are members one of another” (Ephesians 4:25 kj), and that we are to “Honor everyone” (1 Peter 2:17).

Angie at the front desk was delightful and quickly made friends with our toddler. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed felt very nice, and the elevators made no scary noises. The A/C was a little temperamental. Breakfast had a good selection. I mainly cared about the pot of oatmeal, but there were also little omelets, sausages, boiled eggs, breads, yogurt with lots of topping choices, fresh fruit, and several juices. They had Texas-shaped waffles, of course. They probably had bacon, though I don’t really remember. There was coffee too, but I didn’t get a good look at that station. My kid liked the yogurt, and my husband had no complaints about his omelet or chicken sausage. The hallways were a bit noisy, though to be fair, around 200 teen soccer players were staying there for a local competition that same night.
