I lost an electronic grooming bag in my room, where I'd last used it, and called the hotel to ask about it. The first person at the front desk sounded reluctant and said they'd have to wait for the manager the next day. I waited, but heard nothing, so I called again. Another staff member said they'd check lost and found and update me. Hours passed with no call. On my third call, they said a colleague had called and left a message. That's simply not true: I was beside my phone for the 3-4 hours I waited and received no call or text. When I said that, the person seemed indifferent and just told me they hadn't found anything. I thanked them for checking, but they sounded inconsiderate and hung up right away. I don't know whether anyone really made an effort to look for my bag. The front desk staff were rude and unfriendly, and I expected much better hospitality from a Marriott in a corporate area. Their complacent attitude toward guests has put me off staying here on my next trip.

The front desk associate was very friendly, and checking out was quick and painless. The hotel was clean and centrally located for the places I needed to get to. I was traveling for work and used Uber everywhere, so I can't comment on parking.

The front desk team were attentive and polite at every hour, even very late at night. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and we'd come back. The hotel felt a little dated and the room was more cramped than other SpringHill Suites I've stayed in. There were no power outlets on the nightstand, only four USB ports, which I wouldn't choose to use if given the option. Room cleaning is still available every other day upon request. During Christmas week the hotel was almost empty.

The doors need maintenance. Some stick, and room keys won't unlock them. Breakfast is only marginal. Spend an extra dollar and serve real eggs and sausage.

I arrived feeling a bit under the weather, and Bliss at the front desk made sure a room would be ready when I landed. The service was top notch. Another front desk staff member, whose name I can't remember but started with J, was a delight whenever I needed help. Thanks for making a dreadful trip a lot less dreadful.
