Hampton Inn Adel

After a long, exhausting day, David was a welcome breath of fresh air. He was spectacular and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice, and there’s plenty of parking space for larger vehicles and trailers.

The property and staff were top tier, and the play yard was nice. David at the front desk was the friendliest person we met all week. I’d forgotten my glasses, and he helped me fill out my Service Dog paperwork. He knows ADA rules extremely well. Your whole system should have him teach it.

Stayed April 16th 2026. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly, it was easy to get around, and breakfast was decent. But those beds... I already had a bit of back pain from the drive, then woke up in horrible pain. My shoulder has a pinched nerve. It felt like old springs with a cardboard layer on top, all wrapped in a couple of blankets. Yeah...

I had a booking receipt and confirmation and had checked in, but when I arrived at 2:30am to get my room, I was told it had been sold to someone else. Another gentleman was in the same situation. There was no notice saying guests had to check in by a certain time. The manager was no help, ignored my phone call, and lied when confronted. After a 15-hour drive from Northern Virginia, I had to sleep in my car. The hotel told me to contact Expedia, but its staff hadn't contacted me to say they would sell the room if I was still coming. This place is horrible. I will NEVER use Hampton Inn again. Have a terrible day.
