The front desk and café crews were the best part of our stay. Tracy and Emily were warm, professional, kind, and quick to look for solutions, and the café staff got up early for the Groundhog folks heading out, then fed us breakfast when we came back cold, tired, and hungry. Those little touches mattered. The cookies each night were great, the groundhog soaps were adorable, and the decorations made everything feel festive. I did have a booking issue. I reserved through Expedia months ahead, then called a week before arriving to add a night. That led to confusion and a change to my room rate. I was only asking for help keeping the rate I had booked earlier, but the manager wouldn't offer a reasonable fix. The response felt rigid instead of focused on the customer, and it was a missed chance to show good leadership. The staff at the desk and café really carried the experience. Better support from management on booking problems would make this an easy five-star stay.

We stopped here twice, once on the way to see my husband's parents for the holidays and again coming back. Both times we slept right through the night, which is unusual for us in hotels, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was so good, diner-style and actually seasoned. I forgot to take food photos, so you'll have to trust me. The coffee setup was a highlight too, with fresh-ground beans in the machines and the best hotel coffee bar I've seen. The pool area had a spotless hot tub and a shower for rinsing off. We liked it enough to make it our regular stop for family visits, and we'd recommend it without hesitation.

The rooms were roomy, and the pool and hot tub were spotless. The whole place felt just as clean, right from the smell when we came through the door. Krystal, I think that was her name, was so sweet and easy to talk to at the front desk. We were really pleased and will definitely come back. Probably the best hotel we've stayed at.

The breakfast was a great final impression, served by employees who were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. Clean rooms and wonderful service made a strong first impression too. Thanks for making my travels more memorable 🦋

We had some car trouble and a rough day, but the people who welcomed us at Holiday Inn were kind and understanding. Everyone we met, from breakfast and housekeeping to the rest of the staff, had a smile and something nice to say. Dubois was welcoming too, and the downtown area is super cute. We had a fantastic stay and hope to come back. If we do, this Holiday Inn will be our first choice for a place to stay.
