Christina made the room feel peaceful, private, and safe, and helped me unwind and forget my worries. She seemed to anticipate what I needed before I asked. Her kindness felt rare and deeply sincere, not like routine service. She made me feel noticed and valued, and I left feeling very grateful and cared for.

The pool was warm, and the fire pits made a great spot to hang out in the evening. Our room was cozy and clean, and having a kitchenette made it easy to cook the specific foods our kid likes. Sunday’s breakfast worked well for us because it had turkey sausage. Today there were only pork options, so I had to settle for a bagel.

The room was clean and ready for us, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was decent, and there was plenty of parking. The location felt quiet and safe, and I loved it. There’s a gym a few buildings away, though most restaurants close early; only McDonald’s and Jack in the Box stayed open. The pillows were too soft for me, and the bed felt too hard.

I arrived late on Friday after an appointment ran much longer than expected. Jeffrey and Desiree were wonderful and truly tried to help me with everything. Genuine hospitality isn’t as common as you might think, hello IHG!, and I’ve found Marriott to be quite wonderful. They were a great example of that, and I’m very grateful.

Great location, but the rooms were only okay and the service fell short. We asked the desk for towels, and they agreed, but they never brought them. Then, while we were relaxing and watching Netflix, the smoke alarm kept blaring on and off for about two hours. Nobody explained what was going on.
