I wasn't expecting much from a Rodeway Inn, honestly, but the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything special, but in every other way the hotel was fantastic.

The hallway doors slamming made it tough to sleep in. Road and utility workers staying there were up around 5 a.m., and the doors kept banging. Apart from that, the room was very clean and I felt comfortable during my stay. I was impressed by how nice the hotel was, and I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

From the maids cleaning the rooms to the front desk and manager, everyone does what they can to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

If you need something, tell the front desk person. You'll get the exact opposite of what you asked for, and nobody will check in with you the next morning to see how it went. No care, poor customer service, attitude problems, and total ignorance and incompetence. Keep up the good work, guys. P.S. The soundproofing in a coffin is better than in this building.

After a long day of travel, Cathie at the front desk helped sort out a booking error, and we could finally settle in. They welcomed our cat, too, and the pet fee was a modest $15. The room was immaculate, and the rest of the building looked and smelled clean and sanitary. This was probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. I'd highly recommend this award winning hotel to anyone traveling nearby. If only every hotel were this clean!
