There was plastic hung in the hallways with fans running, apparently because of water damage somewhere in the building. The rooms were unsanitary, with sticky chair arms, stains all over the carpets, and a cigarette and mildew smell. The place reeked of smoke, even though smoking at the door wasn't allowed. The woman running the place lives there with her dog. Anyone can walk in through the front door because there's no key security. I'll never return. Make the extra trip and go to valentine, the accommodations are much nicer.

The price wasn't too high, and the AC in my room worked well enough, though it was obscenely loud. That's about where the good points end. The bathroom needs work: the toilet leaked so much that water pooled along the back wall and under the sink. This was on the second floor, so I can only imagine the huge water stain on the ceiling below. Guests from my work crew said half the rooms couldn't be rented because of serious problems, so maintenance seems to be an ongoing issue. The towels didn't smell fresh, were very thin and cheap, and had little holes. Breakfast was a joke: coffee, juice, Special K and Raisin Bran, yogurt, plain donuts, and a waffle maker. They seem to put in the least effort possible. I didn't like this place and wouldn't recommend staying here.

Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were dutiful and courteous. The price is very reasonable for a small town hotel, but you get what you pay for. My room was mostly clean, though there was one small bug on its back in the bathroom, slowly dying. The towels were rough, the bathroom was a bit run down, and the older facility needs maintenance.

During my April 18 - 20, 2014 stay, the Super 8 Breakfast bar was open from 6:30 to 10:30 and had a variety of choices. Check-in was quick and courteous, and when we needed help on several occasions the staff responded promptly and showed concern for guests' comfort and well-being. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker. The beds and bathroom were excellent, and the hallways and common areas were clean and well maintained. Parking was adequate, with easy access to the motel entrances. I enjoyed staying at Super 8 Ainsworth and will stay there again on my next visit.

We came in six hours before our destination, already very hot, and the room door opened without a key. It was noisy, the room's condition was not pleasing, and we felt uneasy. The sheets were thin and stained, and there was no toilet paper when we entered. My wife and I checked everything before we even put our things down. Usually you walk into a motel and feel comfortable and relaxed, but we didn't here. It was a very unpleasant stay, and we should have just driven through. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sucks that you have to give it one star. It isn't even worth that.
