Autumn Leaf Suites

When our house burned down, we moved into these apartments that same day. They were a godsend. The apartment was clean and well maintained, the lawn was cared for, and the outside was always spotless. Staff and management are friendly, stop to talk whenever they see you, and keep trying to make your stay better. I’d recommend this company and its extended stays anytime.

After selling our house, we stayed at Autumn Leaf for two full months, and it turned out to be a great choice. The neighborhood was quiet, and staff responded quickly when we asked for things. Our cheerful apartment smelled nice and was comfortably furnished, with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, pots, and pans. There were also about eight good little restaurants just a short walk away, and it was fun trying them out.

We arrived after moving overseas and had a very pleasant stay. We appreciated that this business seemed to keep families like ours in mind, and the rate was unbeatable. I wish the pricing were advertised, though. Since it isn’t, it’s hard to know whether everyone gets the same quote. The apartment was clean when we moved in, and the kitchen had everything I could think of, from beer glasses to a crock pot and rice cooker. It made the place feel much more normal. We could receive mail there and felt pretty safe. A big thank you to the owners, managers, and staff. We stayed for three months and never got a towel or linen refresh, even though we asked. Luckily, there was a washer and dryer. Our lease said housekeeping was available on request, but didn’t explain that it cost extra, so that should be clear up front. We asked for a vacuum and never got one. Guests should also be told beforehand that stays of at least three months mean cleaning the apartment themselves and supplying their own cleaning products. I’d also like to see the COVID measures and all the prices put in writing. Even with those issues, we’d come back and recommend the place.

We recently moved to the area and needed somewhere short term while looking for a house. Autumn Leaf has been a perfect fit so far, and booking an apartment was easy. There was a small problem getting inside when we arrived, but one call brought the property manager over in under five minutes. They’d thought of little things too, like leaving laundry soap for us. We’re happy here and would recommend it.
