The service at the bar is great, and the hotel rooms are pretty nice. The showers are big enough for me and two or three babes! Northern Quest is the best casino in Spokane. The tribe’s place doesn’t compare, especially with the promotions and how they treat players, always smiling, offering drinks, and making you feel welcome. They’ll even store your bags so you don’t have to carry them. They really need a buffet, though. Fat burger is getting pretty ridiculous with the prices, and honestly, the food isn’t that good. Plus, there are so.many hotties there, I mean hotties!!

There’s a big spread of slot machines, and cards and other games run down the middle of the casino. We had fun, though the machines seemed fair to kind of tight. I’ve seen lots of people celebrating around the card tables, so maybe those games are doing well. At one point, my guest and I went upstairs for a coffee break and ran out of the little Keurig cups in the room. It was 2:30 in the morning, but staff brought us more quickly and with smiles. Thanks for that.

My wife and I have stayed at Northern Quest for over 20 years, a few times each year, and we gamble there at least monthly. We’ve celebrated birthdays and anniversaries there over the years. That’s why what happened during our last stay was so upsetting. We got takeout from Epic sports bar and went back to our room. After dinner, my wife took a long shower, and the smoke alarm went off. We called the lobby. I found the device and managed to turn it off. Two men came to check on us a few minutes later, and I told them we’d already shut it off. Less than five minutes after that, a woman arrived at the door and said we had to leave and would be charged $250 for smoking in the room. We don’t smoke. My wife showers to get the smell off before bed. They gave us 10 minutes to leave and said shower steam couldn’t set off the alarm. I say BS. We’ve never felt so disrespected. A relaxing night became a nightmare, and we were humiliated. I’ll tell people how loyal customers are treated at this hotel.

I was moved eight times during fight night on the 31st because staff said I was in the way, even though I had a standing room only ticket like everyone else and expected space to stand. The event usually comes with extra reward play if you show proof of your purchase, but I got nothing. I put $100 into the machines and lost $70. Then I dropped something from my pocket as I was planning to switch machines and forgot the remaining $30 in the machine. I’ve gone there for over three years and never done that before. I reported it to a slot tech, who said there was nothing to do because it had already been cashed out. But if someone else cashed out my ticket, why does that make it okay? Security couldn’t help either. I don’t know if they would’ve helped more if I were a “high roller.” I spend what I can afford there and have probably given them thousands over the years. The issue wasn’t the amount, it was the principle. They were fine with someone taking another person’s ticket if they could get away with it. Nobody cared, and I’ll never go back.
