The room was clean and the property was the best ESA I’ve been to in probably a decade. Staff were helpful, and Angela at the front desk has a warm personality. The location works well too. Breakfast was pretty minimal, so that could be improved, but I’ll definitely come back.

We left so quickly after finding roaches. They offered us a different room, but that one was worse, so we turned in the keys and went. I especially didn’t want to bring roaches home with my children. I’m so disappointed. This isn’t my first experience like this at an extended stay, and it makes me think they may have a serious problem.

The room itself was decent, and the other staff were nice, but I wouldn’t book here again while this employee is a representative of the hotel. I was traveling for work and had my 12-year-old daughter and niece with me while I worked from home. They’re both respectful and polite. When they asked to use the front desk phone because the one in our room didn’t work, she was rude to them for no reason. Later, she pounded on my door because she smelled smoke in the hallway near our room. It wasn’t coming from our room. She stuck her nose inside to sniff, which was inappropriate. If she’d asked to check whether it was our room, I would have cooperated. When I went to explain my concern at the desk, she yelled over me and was rude and disrespectful. Completely unacceptable. My company spends upwards of $50,000 a year with this hotel for business, and I’ll make sure we move to somewhere more professional and kid friendly. Update, two months later: the manager still hasn’t responded to my review, although there are responses to every review posted after mine. I guess she has no way to defend what happened. Still no response.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, and it felt safe. The location worked for getting to our work, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel for another reason. The beds are extremely hard, and there was mold above the shower. It took a long time for the water to heat up, though once hot, it was very hot.
