The staff here were AMAZING, every single one of them, with a kind of genuine kindness I’m so thankful for. The front desk team was especially good at customer service. We came to the area because my parents live in Monte Vista and don’t like dogs, and my family has learned to expect unpleasant service and sometimes racism at hotels in small towns. This place was the farthest thing from that. The elevator was broken, which made the stairs hard for my 14-year-old fur baby. Even so, we would stay again. The rooms were modern, clean, and smelled good. For the money, especially when we were there less than 24 hours, I have high expectations. The breakfast was better than continental, and the location was great. Thank you.
10/10
We liked it enough to add another night. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff efficient, and the location made it easy to explore nearby. Free parking was a big plus. Really good value.
10/10
A great stop for our family road trip. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the spacious suite had everything we needed. Breakfast was free and kept us fueled for the day. Five stars.
10/10
The staff made our stay memorable, and getting from check-in to checkout was seamless. We had nice views from the room, the beds were super comfortable, and the free breakfast saved us both time and money.
10/10
The bed and mattress were the best of our trip, which is always my main test. The other room amenities were satisfactory too. I’ve come to appreciate the 24-hour "bean-to-cup" coffee makers in the lobby, though I wish they had dark roast. I’d happily stay again.
