The staff are the best in the Valley. Mariah and Dennis, along with the rest of the office team, are genuinely great people who know their jobs and provide outstanding customer service. They’ve always made me feel welcome and had everything go smoothly. I’d give them ten out of five stars for going above and beyond. There’s a good range of rooms at fair prices for the amenities and recreation here, including a water park, gaming area, and workout center. This is by far the best stay in town, with affordable rates and features that go way beyond what you’d expect.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and our room was clean. Someone had also written a really nice note on the notepad. It wasn’t overpriced, and the layout is cool with some great features, though it does need maintenance and TLC. We stayed on the first floor, so I didn’t deal with the elevator issue, but I can see how that would be annoying.

The nicest part of my stay was the woman at the front desk. She was very kind and helped me through altitude sickness. The rest was awful. There was a dead mouse under the sink, and my feet were black five minutes after I got out of the shower. The so-called "Water Park" didn’t look like a water park, and the water looked nasty. The hotel looked like nothing had been cleaned. My room smelled of nicotine when I opened the door, so I had to buy a candle and room spray. I do NOT recommend it.

I’d stayed here once before and could see how some of the reviews came about, but I returned for a few nights after snow kept me from getting to my property. They let me check in early and understood my situation. The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was one of the best around, and management was wonderful and friendly. After my camper was broken into, I came back to say how much the staff helped me feel safe at the hotel. They were so accommodating and supportive through the situation. This place is one of the best finds in the area.
