Riverside Inn

It’s a cute motel, and we’d come back. The inside looks old even though it’s fairly new, but everything was clean. The beds were especially clean and comfortable, the TV had lots of channels, and the workers were nice. We enjoyed the refreshments in the fridge. The only thing that bothered us was a few peepholes at the sides of the blinds. A nice spot if you just need somewhere to crash for a few days.

We slept peacefully in Room #5, even though we worried it might be noisy beside the highway. It was surprisingly quiet despite the busy road. The place is old, but the bathroom had been redone and was spotless. There were plenty of towels, shampoo, and lotion. The fridge had four free water bottles and four juice boxes, with coffee, tea, and snacks on the table. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and we could smell and see how clean the room was as soon as we walked in. We checked in late, and the gentleman who helped us was very friendly. We had a great experience and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Irene was pleasant, and the rooms were quaint. The drinks in the fridge were a nice touch, and the area is wonderful. The weather can change its mind like a bi-polar non-partisan candidate, but that’s part of the fun. The beds were clean, though uncomfortable. It was a nice stay for a nice price, and you can bring your dog. Thanks, Riverside.

We were in room 2 for a graduation ceremony at Adam's State. It had two small rooms joined by an open doorway, each with a queen bed, so it felt cramped. The kids liked having an older TV in each room to watch Disney, and we didn’t have to watch. The floor was hard to describe, kind of squishy and uneven in spots. It didn’t look slanted, but walking on it gave me a bit of a dizzy, vertigo feeling. I got used to it and it wasn’t too bad. There’s no continental breakfast, but the room did have a fridge and microwave. It smelled like someone had smoked in there before, though they had tried to deal with the odor. It was okay as a place to sleep for a budget motel, but needs renovation. We saw no bed bugs or cockroaches, just one or two small black ants. If we come back, we might pay extra for somewhere nicer, though I’ve stayed in much worse budget motels.
