The front desk woman was kind and offered clean sheets, but there were no other rooms or options. The rollaway bed was broken, and cancelling would've meant paying a fee. I was really disappointed, especially after driving hours to Georgia because a family member was in the ICU. At first the Inn looked beautiful and well kept, so I didn't expect problems. Then I saw the couch, covered in a green fabric with stains and tears. I thought it might just be the cover, but underneath the couch was filthy, and pulling out the sofa bed was awful. The room floor was practically falling apart, and there was what looked like a nearly dry bar of soap stuck to the tub. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend staying here. The five-star reviews make me wonder if they're fake, because the rooms don't look like the pictures.

I keep coming back because the hotel takes pride in how it looks and in its customer service. It's well lit and feels very safe at night. The location is perfect, with restaurants and shopping malls nearby, including a Kohls less than 200 yards away. Staff know the area and are ready to help with anything the hotel can provide. You can get fresh towels daily if you want. The rooms are clean, the internet is reliable, the furniture is comfortable, and the water pressure is great. Breakfast is hot and served every day. Those are the things I want in a place to rest while traveling.

Most of the staff were helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was decent, and the breakfast crew were helpful. The front desk clerk handled check-in well even with lots of families arriving at once. We stayed last night for my sister's ASU graduation, but the rooms are my main concern. They're outdated and poorly maintained. Neither the alarm clock nor the phone worked, the pullout sofa cover was dirty, and the room wasn't very clean, with hair on the comforter and old wear marks and stains on the sheets. The hallway carpet felt sticky and smelled musty. I wouldn't stay again unless they upgrade the property.

The employees were pleasant, and the hot breakfast was okay. The room was also okay, but had cobwebs along the walls and ceiling, no charging ports, and a missing soap dispenser in the shower. One of the two bathroom mirror lights was out, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the AC was noisy.
