The location near shops and the civic center was convenient, but the neighborhood felt rough. Inside, the room was awful: urine smell hit as soon as we opened the door, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the bedding was badly soiled. We counted more than a dozen roaches coming out of a baseboard. When we asked to move, staff treated us like we were being difficult and said we were asking too much. We checked in at 7 p.m. and didn't get another room until ten minutes before midnight. That one seemed manageable for the night. There was also constant drug dealing and noisy prostitution in several rooms through the night. The advertised pool and breakfast weren't there. We regretted staying even one night. Take this as a warning and book somewhere else.

My boyfriend is stationed at the Marine Corps base here and had drill this weekend. We were seriously misled by the photos online. The room and the property looked nothing like them. At least there was no deposit to pay.

The place smelled awful, there were cockroaches, and the toilet wouldn't flush. There wasn't even a knob on the bathroom door. The headboards and roach droppings in the drawer say enough. Don't waste your money or time here. I learned my lesson, this place should be shut down.

Being near a lot of restaurants is the one good thing here. The rooms have plenty of roaches, the sheets are always dirty and don't seem to get changed, and the ceiling is caving in. The toilet stays clogged most of the day and may flush once, while a constant leak smells like urine. The so-called free Wi-Fi connects to your phone but doesn't work. The TV remote is useless, only one outlet set works, and the fridge doesn't get cold.

Wyndham shouldn't let such a neglected property use its name. This place ought to be condemned and closed. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
