The room was clean, comfortable, and big enough for three women to get ready for a night out. We took an Uber to and from MVP Arena without any trouble, about a 10-minute drive each way. I stayed here on 1/31/26 after driving two hours for the Rascal Flatts concert, and the hotel is right off the highway with pretty much everything close by. Cracker Barrel and Denny’s are practically in the same parking lot, and we were excited to go to Denny’s after the concert. Parking was near the entrance, so there wasn’t a long walk. Everyone on staff was friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. We missed breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. If we’re back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again.

Shay at the front desk was the greatest, and Umel, Bedsti, and the maintenance man were all great too. He fixed my TV after I knocked the cable wire loose by dropping something behind it, my mistake. The staff were friendly and helpful. Best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time!

I needed a last-minute overnight stay for work, and the room was nice. The whole staff was great. Ricky was working the front desk when I arrived late and made check-in smooth. Special thanks to him.

Getting to the hotel from the highway is easy, and there are restaurants nearby. We liked the food at Golden Grain, though the selection was limited. The room was great otherwise, but the shower head area needs some repair.

The ground-floor room had bugs and spiders crawling in and out of an old bathroom. The beds and carpet weren’t very clean either. The breakfast, drinking water, and coffee didn’t seem clean to us, and we got diarrhea afterward. Be careful about drinking the water or coffee. Breakfast wasn’t up to the standard of the better hotels. This was one of the dirtiest hotels we’ve stayed in, and we regret booking it. I wouldn’t recommend it to Marriott Bonvoy members or anyone.
