Four Points by Sheraton Albany

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was clean, but the posted Kitchen and Bar hours weren’t dependable. Breakfast started late on both mornings we were there, and one day it opened two hours after the listed time. We tried to get a drink at the bar both nights, but it closed more than an hour before the posted closing time. One night, a group of over 20 of us arrived from a family event more than an hour before closing and found it shut. Plan to get breakfast and drinks somewhere else rather than relying on the hotel’s posted hours.

The front office team was especially responsive and kind, and I felt well looked after. From arrival, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made for a relaxing visit. I’d rate the experience 10/10. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant. I’d happily choose Four Points by Sheraton Albany again and recommend it to others.

I spent four nights here and slept in the most comfortable hotel bed I can remember. The room was clean and comfortable, and the night shift front desk guy was really sweet and welcoming. It’s conveniently just off the highway. The bar stayed open late, breakfast was average, and the coffee was good. I’d stay again.

The location is ideal for me, with a 24-hour Sonic, a gas station, Popeyes, and other shops within walking distance. After long workdays, the restaurant and bar next to reception are convenient, and the heated indoor pool stays open until 11 p.m. daily. The 24-hour gym is another big plus, and free parking helps too. Ice machines and a water fountain are available, which is a thoughtful touch. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the AC works perfectly, and the rooms are spotless. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water, something many hotels don’t offer. I travel to Albany for work and had trouble finding a clean, modern, comfortable place until I tried Four Points by Sheraton Albany. I’ve paid good money elsewhere and still haven’t found anything as comfortable. To me, it’s the best value for the price. Both receptionists I met were helpful, hospitable, and genuinely nice. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve had in Albany, and I’ll be staying here regularly. Kudos to management for making my trip comfortable.
