We paid for a larger room but ended up in a smaller one, and the rooms were disgusting and not worth the price. They offered a partial refund that never arrived. Customer service just says whatever gets you off the phone, then doesn’t follow through. We originally booked at Sunrise by OYO, but when we got there, the employees seemed clearly intoxicated and smelled like a bar floor at 2 a.m. They’d given our room away and sent us here as if it were some kind of prize. The desk associate here also seemed drunk and was smoking a marijuana joint outside in the parking lot. Save your time, money, and patience and go somewhere else.

I’ve spent more than a decade road-tripping around the U.S., and this was the least clean motel I’ve stayed at. The room seemed poorly maintained, and cleanliness overall was nowhere near what I expected. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this was a real disappointment.

Roach-filled and horrible. The staff don’t seem to care, and you have to argue to get towels. People are out in the parking lot at all hours. Just don’t go.

If you book online, try to arrive by 11 p.m. I was traveling and got here at 1 in the morning, but nobody was there. The next day they canceled that reservation and made me a new one. Since they treated it as a no-show even though I did show up, I never got a refund and now have to pay double. I don’t have many complaints about the room; it seemed clean apart from one cockroach I saw.
