Park Inn by Radisson Albany, GA

After a long drive, it was a relief to find a clean, comfortable room and a cozy bed. Chris at the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. I had a really nice stay and hope to return.

The quiet shared areas and welcoming staff make it easy to relax here. The lobby often has warm lighting and inviting decor, with a soft murmur of activity. Rooms tend to have plush beds and thoughtful touches, whether that's a lovely view, luxurious linens, or coffee ready in the morning. It can make an ordinary trip feel refreshing.

There was hair in the tub and on the wall, brown stains in the toilet, and dirt on both the sheets and sofa. I was moved to a different room, but that one was even worse. I chose it because other Radisson hotels I've stayed at were nice, but this place doesn't live up to the name. I emailed management and still haven't heard back. It's budget-priced, but Motel 6 is budget too and a lot nicer.

The bedding was dingy and stained, and there wasn't much room for a family of three. I wouldn't book here again for what they charge. I expected my husband to say about $50 a night when I asked the price, but it was $110. We were only on the first of our two nights, and I was already upset.
