Merry Acres Inn

The location worked perfectly with my family in the area and gave us plenty of choices for activities and restaurants. All the in-room amenities were excellent and clean, and the onsite team was awesome, friendly, and worked hard to meet or exceed our needs. BJ, Frank, Melissa, and Vy (sorry for spelling) were a pleasure to meet and talk with, and very professional. We’re looking forward to seeing more of the modernizations finished and staying at Merry Acres again.

For a short stay, this is a decent place as long as you keep expectations reasonable. The staff were accommodating, and I have nothing negative to say about them. The rooms could be cleaner, though, and friends of ours had a worse time.

I’m a travel nurse and stayed in one of Merry Acres’ newer rooms. The change compared with the older rooms really surprised me. Everything was new and modern, and I especially liked how spacious it was. The bathroom stood out, with a large layout, glass door, and light-up mirror. Ten out of ten for me. I’ll stay there again and again.

The restaurant was great, and the location seemed close to things, or at least near a road that gets you there. Inside, the room was large and nicely styled, with a good-sized bathroom and plenty of TV options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice seating area and was easy to navigate, though the selection was a little limited.
