We were there during a layover and booked a room at the Regent Hotel. The place felt neglected and run down, more like a crack house than a hotel. The bathroom was so filthy we didn't feel comfortable showering, and the stained towels were disgusting. We would've been better off changing clothes at the nearest gas station. I can't believe how bad it was. Avoid it at all costs.

The place is clean inside and out, and the room was clean too. Housekeeping was friendly, and the room service was great. The front desk area was spotless, and the office staff were polite and welcoming.

The housekeeper we met was the reason my friend and I would have returned. She had the same first and last name as me, and we enjoyed her spirit so much. That was in November. When I asked my friend about going back, I was shocked to hear the place had gone downhill. The housekeeper is no longer there, and we don't like the new staff, so now I'm not sure.

My family stayed at the Regent, and we had a very nice visit. The owners and staff were great, the rooms were nice, and the price was wonderful.

The people running the motel were nice, but the place itself was unbelievably filthy. The walls, furniture, and floors were all very dirty. Repairs to the walls, floors, and ceiling looked like they were done by someone who didn't know tile work or drywall. They need to discover Lysol, Ajax, and Mr. Clean quickly. I'd tell people to avoid it unless they're okay with bad conditions.
