Royal Inn

Room 24 was VERY dirty, especially the bathroom, and it was not worth $139 per night. My husband and I stayed there 10/24/25-10/26/25. We were out most of Friday and Saturday and had no food in the room, but on Sunday morning we found several baby cockroaches: one in the shower, two on top of the toilet, one at its base, and one on the sink. We checked out about five minutes later and told the owner. He said the room had just been treated that week. I asked for a refund for one night because of what happened, but he said he couldn’t lose money. He also said he couldn’t refund us because we booked through a third party, which we didn’t. My husband had called him directly on Thursday, then paid for the room with his card when we arrived. The owner suggested the roaches might have come from our belongings, which wasn’t true at all. If you’re staying after us, avoid room 24.

The owner was kind and wanted to make sure I had a good stay. Everything went well, nicely done.

Great service and a spacious room with a good-sized bed. Direct TV and the heat both worked well, and it was quiet and clean.

The room was clean and the location suited us well. We needed to get off the road and rest, and got a good night's sleep.
