I paid $124 and barely slept. Traffic noise went on all night, and the walls seemed paper thin. The room smelled bad, the sheets kept slipping off because they were too small, and the mattress cover looked like it had been dragged behind a pickup. The pillows need replacing too. The TV was awful, announcing loudly whenever I changed the channel or volume. Never again. If you’re looking for rest, don’t stay here.

The staff were friendly, but the room itself was a disappointment. It was dirty, with a shirt left in the corner, and the thin walls let noise from the couple next door keep us from resting. We left early. They said they would have moved us if I’d complained, but after a 14-hour drive I was too tired to think straight. We’ll choose somewhere else next time.

If you’re a truck driver whose vehicle has broken down, this is a friendly place with good people, not far from Crook motor truck service shop. Ms Sherri was professional and very helpful.

My wife and I booked two nights, but left the next day after finding German cockroaches in the room. They spread very easily. Beth at the desk said the last guests must have brought them in. I don’t think that’s the case, it looks like an infestation. I’m calling general managers Breanna & Melissa on Monday to ask for a refund. They charge $130 a night, yet the room was dirty and the bathroom and floor were gross.
