Even though I asked for daily room service both times I stayed here, 60 days apart, housekeeping barely made the bed. They made it once during this stay and not at all the previous time. The room itself was fine, but that lack of consistency was disappointing when I had clearly requested service each day. I hope management sorts it out for future guests.

The rooms were clean and they accommodated us well. Breakfast was great too. We stayed early in the morning on 02/26, and the front desk agent was wonderful, quick, and professional. I'd recommend staying here.

I got sick after eating the breakfast, which tasted old. When I checked into the holiday inn Express in Albert lea mn, the room was dirty. I went downstairs to tell the general manager, but he was busy flirting with the staff and didn't seem to notice me waiting or care about the room problem. It felt unprofessional.

8/10
The hotel's very clean, from the entrance all the way to the rooms. We had a fantastic shower, comfortable beds, and a quiet stay. I'd give it five stars if the breakfast tasted better. There were plenty of choices, but none of it had any flavor.

There were poop stains in the toilet when we arrived. We just wanted to get to bed, so we didn't tell the staff, who weren't especially friendly at check-in anyway. The room wasn't bad overall, but the stay felt disappointing after the holiday inn we'd been at for the previous two nights. I'd guess there are better options nearby if you're willing to drive much farther.
