Hampton Inn Albertville

I haven't stayed here yet, but I called with questions about EV charging and the people I spoke with were fantastic. Quene at the front desk and her co-worker answered everything and helped me plan the trip. My coworkers already stay here whenever they're in town and say it's the best, so now I understand why.

My sister and I stayed two nights and loved it so much we wished we could add another, but we had to head home. Breakfast was good, especially the pancakes, and the ladies were so kind and nice. I'd come back. See you again!

The room was very clean, and Deborah at the front desk was excellent. I appreciated the shuttle van too. Breakfast was disappointing, though, because there was no bacon, sausage, or other meat.

We came from Fort Lauderdale for the Blues Traveler, Gin Blossoms, and Spin Doctors concert and checked in Friday, September 12th. Since we're new to the area, we were worried about drinking and driving, so Deborah's news about the shuttle to and from the venue was a huge relief. She greeted us with a big smile and was fantastic. After a nap in our beautiful, very clean room, we waited in the lobby, where Nikita welcomed us warmly. Michael, our shuttle driver, was helpful and told us exactly where he'd pick us up at the venue. We'll fly back to Albertville for another concert and stay here again. Bravo to the team. We'd give you all 10 stars if we could!
