The staff were really friendly, and the finishes looked nice. The hotel has a cool retro feel with modern updates. My room could've been cleaner, and it was noisy outside at night in an area that felt a little unusual. Still, that's somewhat expected for a central location. Valet parking is the only option, at $25, but the lot itself is fully secured and nice.

Rose and Elijah helped make our visit a great one. The restaurant's food and cocktails were delicious, the pool had a fun feel, and the room was cool with the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Even the mini bar had interesting choices at reasonable prices. I LOVE this hotel and restaurant, and the value is there. A great addition to Albuquerque's hotel and restaurant scene. I'd gladly stay again.

The staff and managers really impressed me. A small communication mix-up on my first morning caused some inconvenience, but they handled it with kindness and professionalism and made it right. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and a few people seemed to anticipate what I might need. I really appreciate that kind of service. Thanks, ARRIVE, I'll be back! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. What a great hotel.

The staff were welcoming and shared helpful tips about the area. I arrived to find the restaurant closed, which was a shame, and it was too cold to use the pool. Still, I loved the adorable design, the thoughtful details, and the room itself. It was dog-friendly, the toiletries were great, and the minibar had some fun top-shelf items.

At 3 a.m. on a Wednesday, the couple in the room next to mine had been loudly having sex for an hour. My mother, who I brought for a little birthday staycation, was awake too, and so was my dog. I don't blame the couple for enjoying themselves, but the hotel put us right beside them despite the near-empty midweek house, and there's a pass-through door between the rooms. Sound barely stays in. I even spent far too long writing this on my phone while they were still going. The hotel itself has a lot going for it. It's a restored 1960s modernist motel with a nice history, and the renovation is well done. Rooms are nice, the beds are comfy, showers are good, and the catwalks look out over downtown Albuquerque. The Zia-shaped pool is lovely and warm even in December. The cafe and lobby are nice, though the bar was closed that night. The pool bathroom, on the other hand, was a mess that afternoon: a huge towel cart blocked the room, the floor was dirty, and wet towels were hanging everywhere. I couldn't get the inner shade to lower. The outer shade is only semi-opaque, so people can see into the room when the lights are on. Staff at the hotel and valet were friendly and held doors for guests. The dog package was a nice extra, with a bed, two ceramic bowls, and treats delivered to the room. The location has its complications, though that's not the hotel's fault. This part of downtown has been working to clean itself up and has made progress. The nearby park used to be a place for drug users, and it's mostly cleaned up, but the city still has a serious zombie problem and the area can feel dicey. The hotel's friendly security staff keep watch around the property, and valet cars go in a gated lot. There are several walkable night spots now, including a brewery, music venues, bars, and plenty of coffee shops. The park also has a nice weekend farmers market. Arrive is a good addition to a dense, interesting old neighborhood that deserves to flourish. I hope it thrives and lives up to that updated 1960s time-capsule promise. But with so many rooms empty that night, there was no reason to put guests next to each other and leave them listening to all-night noise.
